Water for weight loss

Yes! Water is helpful in losing weight, and not just for help in shedding excess fluid. It should be the number one choice of a weight loss drink.

Getting enough water, helps the kidneys to more efficiently flush impurities from the body.

When we give our kidneys enough water to do their job, our livers--which also cleanse toxins from the body but additionally help regulate metabolism--are able to do their detox jobs without having to sacrifice their metabolism work by kicking in to give additional aid the kidneys.

Seriously. Want to kick up your metabolism? Drink lots of water!

I like to add lime slices to my 64 oz of water daily.
