Eating at Night: It's good for us!
One of the biggest myths in weight loss is avoid eating in the the evening because it will cause you to gain weight or at least sabotage your weight loss. The good news is, this is myth. Studies have shown that eating later in the evening actually helps maintain lean muscle mass, which in the long run, helps burn fat! So don't over do it, but go ahead and enjoy guilt free evening meals or snacks!
