Good Nutrition Curbs Appetite

Did you know that taking a good multivitamin and eating foods that are good for you can help curb our appetites while eating simple carbs like cakes, cookies, pastries, etc., can make us hungry again in just a few minutes? Sometimes we feel hunger because our bodies are lacking in certain nutrients. We can fend that off by eating a balanced diet and supplementing with good vitamins  and minerals.
