Rosemary Tea for Weight Loss

Did you know that fresh Rosemary makes a great tea, and it is great for weight loss too? Is it time to plant an herb garden?

Rosemary Tea improves metabolism, reduces nervousness and anxiety, and it is also a great source of vitamen D!





Rosemary Tea Recipe
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary herb.
  • 1 cup of boiling water.
Preparation:
  • Boil the water
  • Add fresh Rosemary
  • Let stand for 10 minutes
  • Strain
  • Drink
Tip:
  • Drink 3 cups of tea Rosemary per day
